What do I need to bring to use the bay?
Just bring your vehicle and any specific parts or fluids you’ll need for your project. We provide over 400 standard tools, air tools, and specialty equipment at no additional cost.
Can I reserve a bay in advance?
Yes, we recommend reserving a bay in advance to ensure availability, especially for longer projects. You can reserve a bay by calling our front desk or booking right here on our website.
Are there any restrictions on the type of vehicle I can bring?
Our facilities are equipped to handle most passenger vehicles including cars, motorcycles, and light trucks. If you have a larger vehicle or a specific concern, please contact us to ensure compatibility.
What happens if I exceed my rented time?
If your project runs over time, additional charges will apply at the hourly rate. We encourage you to plan accordingly, but also offer flexibility if the bay is not reserved immediately after your session.
Do you offer assistance if I get stuck on a repair?
While we offer a space for DIY repairs, our staff can provide basic guidance and safety tips. For complex issues, we recommend consulting a professional mechanic.
Is there a cancellation policy for bay reservations?
Yes, we allow cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a small fee.
Are there any safety rules I need to follow while using the facility?
Safety is our priority. We require all customers to wear closed-toe shoes and avoid loose clothing. Protective eyewear and gloves are recommended, and all safety rules must be followed while using the tools and equipment.
Can I bring someone with me to help?
Absolutely! We welcome you to bring a friend or family member to assist with your project. However, for safety and insurance purposes, please ensure they also follow all facility rules.
What kind of cleanup is required after using a bay?
We ask that you return all tools to their original places and dispose of any waste materials in the designated containers. Our staff will handle the rest.
Do you provide storage for vehicles if I need multiple days for a project?
Currently, we do not offer overnight storage. All vehicles must be removed at the end of your rental period.
